D16.2 Identification and recommendation for European technical and interoperability barriers

Starting from the analysis of the context of the adoption and implementation of Crossbow products and solutions, this deliverable is dedicated to the identification and description of technical and interoperability barriers from a wide-scale perspective, at the European level. For each of the identified barriers, concrete measures have been proposed to mitigate, reduce their effects, and overcome them.
