This deliverable defines the plan and methodology to be followed to evaluate and assess the impact of the project results based on the data coming from the SP6 in each pilot cluster and scenario. This plan is based on the “Guidelines for conducting cost-benefit analysis of Smart Grid projects”, co-authored by DG ENER and JRC.
