D3.2 Privacy and data protection in a multi-actor environment

The contribution of this document is threefold: 1) it provides a detailed overview of the current situation and developments of legislation and regulatory framework on personal data protection, smart grid security, data models, standards and interoperability issues on regional and national level, with focus on the South East Europe (SEE) region; 2) based on a DPIA Pre-Assessment (DPIA-PA) procedure, it examines the use of personal data within the CROSSBOW products; and 3) presents the required measures, methods and means for protection to be taken during the development of the Project products and their HLUC demonstration phases.
