D1.1 Legislation and Regulatory Frameworks

This document provides a detailed overview of the current situation and development plan in terms of electricity market opening and implementation of the EU legislation and adoption/transposition of the Third Energy Package for Electricity and Gas Markets (TPEGM) for the countries of the CROSSBOW Consortium from the South East European (SEE) region. The analysis and conclusions in this document derive from a questionnaire which was sent to the TSOs in the region, examining their activities and overall market development progress in the respective countries.
